I graduated from the College for Business and Viticulture in Krems in 2011 and took over the family-run winery, which exists since four generations. Working in some wineries in Austria and Germany I could add various knowledge in winemaking. My interest, my keen ambition is to create top class wines by listening and understanding the soils of the vineyards, feeling the nature and strengths of the vines, judging the weather over the year and harvesting the grapes at best time. All this steps of development, all this different tastes shall be found in the wine.
I understand my work as “The art to transfer all tastes of the vineyard, its soil, the vine, the wind, the sun, the growing of the grapes, the way of gentle harvesting into outstanding unique tasting wines”.
